CLASS FORMAT: ON-SITE

Our workshop takes place on-site at our cake studio. You'll participate in real-time demonstrations led by our instructor and receive hands-on guidance from our chef.

INTIMATE CLASS CAPACITY

Following submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your registration, along with detailed instructions on finalizing your enrollment. COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

We kindly ask for the full payment to complete your registration. Please send your proof of payment within 24 hours. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, as we have a limited capacity of 8 students. Thank you for understanding!

ATTENDANCE

Our classes start promptly, so we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early. Attendance will be taken, and please note that we do not offer refunds for missed classes. After the class, you will receive your Certificate of Completion.

CLASS MATERIALS

On the day of the class, the chef instructor will provide class handouts. Participants are required to bring their own set of tools and materials for the workshop. A detailed list of the required tools and materials will be provided upon registration, enabling participants to purchase and bring their own supplies. This approach allows participants to practice and continue their learning beyond the workshop, ensuring they have the necessary tools for their sugar art endeavors.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Chef Madelane Maddagan, a former graphic designer turned cake artist extraordinaire, has garnered numerous achievements in the industry. From winning the Cake Star International 2021 in the Sculpted Cake Category to being named Cake Fiesta Manila’s Cake Artist of the Year for 2021 and 2022, her excellence in the craft is undeniable. Additionally, as the first Hall of Famer at Cake Fiesta Manila in 2023 and the esteemed Brand Ambassador of Sugar King, Chef Madelane's impact on the world of confectionery is truly exceptional.
