ATTENDANCE
Our classes start promptly, so we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early. Attendance will be taken, and please note that we do not offer refunds for missed classes. After the class, you will receive your Certificate of Completion.
CLASS MATERIALS
On the day of the class, the chef instructor will provide class handouts containing the recipe procedure and list of ingredients. Students will also receive an apron before the class starts.

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR
Chef Pauline serves as an instructor at NUSS (National University of Singapore Society) in Singapore, where she imparts knowledge and expertise in cake decorating, cake art, and food design. Her proficiency in these areas has been honed through a blend of formal qualifications and personal innovation. Currently, she collaborates with various companies to conduct public demonstrations at prominent retail outlets such as Tangs, Takashimaya, Robinsons, Best Denki, and Courts. These demonstrations serve to not only showcase her culinary aptitude but also to provide hands-on guidance on the utilization of kitchen appliances and equipment.

1. LEARN AND PRACTICE
We guide our students through a hands-on learning experience. You'll watch detailed demonstrations and then immediately put your knowledge into practice, creating your own sourdough bread from start to finish.
2. EXTENDED SUPPORT
Our commitment to our students' success extends beyond the classroom. For three months after the workshop, Chef Pauline and I will provide ongoing advice and guidance to support their continued practice and answer any questions, ensuring they bake successful sourdough at home.
3. FINAL REFINEMENT
Our students take the expert feedback they've received and apply it to add the final touches to their sourdough, ensuring the best possible result.

Is the course suitable for beginners? This workshop is suitable for beginners in sourdough baking who have never made sourdough bread or managed a starter, and have never baked sourdough before. What does the extended support look like? For three months after the workshop, we're here to help you continue your sourdough journey! Chef Pauline and I will be available to answer your questions, offer personalized advice, and help you troubleshoot any challenges you encounter as you practice at home. We want to ensure you confidently bake delicious sourdough! Where to find the tools and ingredients? You can find the necessary tools and ingredients for the course at any well-stocked bakery supply shop. We'll also share a list of our preferred suppliers with our students, in case you'd like to purchase from the same places we do! What is your refund policy? Please note that all workshop purchases are final. Due to the preparation and resources involved, we are unable to offer refunds once a workshop spot has been reserved.
