Pick-up and Delivery Timings

• Monday: Closed

• Tuesday - Saturday: Open (Available pick-up slot 10am - 12pm, 4pm - 6pm

• Sunday: Open till 12 noon only (Available pick-up slot 10am - 12pm)

Collect from Headquarters

• You are welcome to personally collect your orders from Sweet Chay’s Pastries. Our location details will be given to the client a few days before the scheduled pick-up date. 

• We will only pack your orders once we have confirmation that you are outside our headquarters. Please allow 5 - 10 minutes of waiting time or more as it would depend on the number of client orders to be picked up at that particular time. 

• Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport it to its destination.

Home Delivery

• From June 2023 onwards, FREE Deliveries are now available for custom cake orders in the following areas, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque & Pasay. If your city is not mentioned in the list, please get in touch with us - we have a special offer for you too.

PLEASE NOTE: Our FREE delivery service won't be accessible throughout the bustling holiday season, spanning from December 22nd to January 1st. This period traditionally presents significant challenges in terms of scheduling and often results in delays, leading to concerns raised by our valued clients. In order to ensure a smoother experience, we genuinely suggest considering either opting for a personal order pickup or arranging your own courier service for pickup. Your understanding and support during this time are greatly appreciated.

• When scheduling your delivery time, kindly factor in an allowance of 1.5 to 2 hours from the commencement of your event. It's important to note that we lack direct control over driver availability and pickup timing. Our headquarters is situated within a private subdivision, which enforces specific procedures for incoming and outgoing visitors. Especially during peak hours and holiday seasons, this process can occasionally take up to 30 minutes for entry and exit.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct delivery address is supplied to us for the courier service together with the correct contact number.

A last-minute change of address: Kindly be advised that any changes to the delivery address made on the day of scheduled delivery will not be accommodated. It is imperative for the client to independently arrange their own courier service. Sweet Chay's Pastries cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays caused by this situation.

• We will utilize the services of a third-party courier, Lalamove, to ensure the delivery of your orders. It is essential for clients to ensure that their delivery address is pre-registered/pinned within the Lalamove system.

• The customer must ensure that there is a designated individual available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If the Lalamove driver needs to wait due to the absence of a recipient for the cake, resulting in an additional fee, the client will be responsible for covering this fee.

• Sweet Chay’s Pastries will not accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information given by the client, or because there is no one to accept the delivery.

Wedding Cakes, 3 Tiered Cakes, and Higher

• For wedding cakes and celebration cakes that are 3-tier cakes or higher with delicate decorations, Sweet Chay's Pastries will deliver your cake and set it up on-site.

• Delivery and setup will be included in the cost quoted when you contact us.

• We deliver within Metro Manila, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Manila, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City 

• We will also deliver further afield at an additional cost. Like in Tagaytay and Alfonso. Please contact us for more details.

Late pick-up or no-show fee

• ​​​​​​​For late pick-ups when it's delayed more than an hour from the reserved pick-up time. The pick-up time will be rearranged by us and we'll inform you of the next available pick-up time.

• If you don't pick up your cake by our closing time, your pick-up will be rearranged to the next day, with a Php1,000 overnight storage fee. 

• We will make every effort to establish communication; however, should our attempts to reach you for rescheduling the delivery remain unsuccessful, and a span of 48 hours transpires without any communication on your part, regrettably, your order will be discarded.
