Minimum Order:

Custom Butter Cookies: 1 dozen (12pcs)

Cupcakes: 1 dozen (12pcs)

Serving: Enjoy your order at room temperature for the best flavor and texture.

Cupcakes: serves 12 people

6” cake: serves approximately 6-10 people

8” cake: serves approximately 10- 12 people

Storage:

For Cupcakes & Buttercream Cakes: Best kept in the chiller for at least 1-2 hours upon receiving, if possible, keep refrigerated at all times until serving to keep in the best condition. Do not freeze.

Allow 15 -30 minutes to defrost at room temperature before serving.

For Fondant Cakes: Please keep in a dry cool place away from the sun.

Shelf Life: Enjoy your order within 3 days of receiving them for optimal freshness
Refund

Order and payment made are not refundable.

Returns

We do not accept returns on food items for health and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Customer Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery dates for a full refund. Please note that a 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup or delivery date will receive a 50% refund to cover ingredients cost and preparation time.

Cancellation by Us

The management has the right to cancel orders or refund any order placed with notice for any unforeseen reason deemed necessary. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

No cancellations or changes can be made after payment has been completed.

Collect from Headquarters

Customers can pick up their orders at our headquarters during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation for a smooth pickup.

Pickup Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am, 2pm & 4pm

Sunday: 10am - 12noon

Third-Party Delivery:

Customers may arrange for a third-party local delivery service to pick up their orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a complete and correct address is provided to the courier service, along with the correct contact number.

Customers must also ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the designated address.

Customer Resposibility

Once the order has been accepted, it is the customer's responsibility to transport their orders safely to it's destination. The management will not be responsible for any late or missing deliveries.

A: All our products are available by pre-order. We kindly ask for a 1-2 weeks lead time to secure your slot, especially during busy weekends when availability is limited. This allows us to prepare your order with the utmost care and attention.

To order a different theme design, we would need 2 weeks minimum lead time. Please follow this process:

Q: How should I store the cake & cupcakes?

A: Our Cake and Cupcakes should be kept chilled at all times to maintain their freshness and flavor.

Q: Can I order a sample of your cake and cupcakes?

A: At this time, we do not offer samples, but we encourage you to check our reviews and past customer photos to get an idea of our delicious cupcakes.

Q: Are your products suitable for dietary restrictions?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept special dietary orders. Our kitchen uses nuts and other ingredients, which may lead to cross-contamination. We recommend that customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions consider this before placing an order.
