DIY Cookie Kit
Storage
- Keep your DIY Cookie Kit in an airconditioned room or Keep the cookies and royal icing pastry bags in the chiller at all times until serving to maintain their best condition. Do not freeze.
Refrigeration
- If refrigerated, allow the cookies to sit at room temperature for 15 - 30 minutes to come to the right texture before decorating your cookies.
- Decorated cookies are best enjoyed within 7 days for optimal freshness.
- Un-decorated cookies can last for up to 2 weeks. Store them in airtight containers and refrigerated.
Royal Icing Instructions
- Please keep the royal icing refrigerated until ready for use.
- Before using, gently massage the royal icing piping bags to mix the colors.
- Carefully cut a small tip off the icing bags to start decorating.
Drying Time
- After decorating, allow your cookies to dry overnight to achieve the best result.
