• Order and payment made are not refundable.

 

Returns

• We do not accept returns on food items for health and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve it.

 

Customer Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery dates for a full refund. Please note that a 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup or delivery date will receive a 50% refund to cover ingredients cost and preparation time.

 

Cancellation by Us

• The management has the right to cancel orders or refund any order placed with notice for any unforeseen reason deemed necessary. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

 

Customized Product Orders

• No cancellations or changes can be made after payment has been completed.

Collect from Headquarters

• Customers can pick up their orders at our headquarters during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation for a smooth pickup. 

 

Pickup Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am, 2pm & 4pm

Sunday: 10am - 12noon 

 

Third-Party Delivery:

• Customers may arrange for a third-party local delivery service to pick up their orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a complete and correct address is provided to the courier service, along with the correct contact number.

• Customers must also ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the designated address.

 

Customer Resposibility

• Once the order has been accepted, it is the customer's responsibility to transport their orders safely to it's destination. The management will not be responsible for any late or missing deliveries.

A: The Minimum order is 1 dozen (12 cupcakes)

A: All our products are available by pre-order. We kindly ask for a 7-days lead time to secure your slot, especially during busy weekends when availability is limited. This allows us to prepare your order with the utmost care and attention.

A: Our Cupcakes should be kept chilled at all times to maintain their freshness and flavor.

 

Q: Can I order a sample of your cupcakes?

A: At this time, we do not offer samples, but we encourage you to check our reviews and past customer photos to get an idea of our delicious cupcakes.

 

Q: Are your cupcakes suitable for dietary restrictions?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept special dietary orders. Our kitchen uses nuts and other ingredients, which may lead to cross-contamination. We recommend that customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions consider this before placing an order.
