The process of booking to ordering.

LET'S CHAT
Begin by filling out our inquiry form. We'll gather all the essential details, chat about your ideas, explore mood boards, discuss inspirations, preferred flavors, and budget.

CRAFTING YOUR VISION
After reviewing your information, we'll email you with design details and an initial price estimate, along with various pricing options.

SECURING YOUR DATE
Once you've selected your preffered option, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. If you'd like to discuss our zero-interest installment plan, feel free to reach out!

IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
We'll create a personalized sketch of your cake design along with the final details. You can also request a cake-tasting box (subject to availability) for an additional charge.

FINAL CONFIRMATION
One month before your big day, we'll check in to confirm all designs and delivery details. The remaining balance will be due at this time.

THE BIG REVEAL
On your wedding day, we will coordinate directly with your venue coordinator and wedding planner to ensure a smooth delivery of your cake. We'll handle the transportation from our studio to your reception, and we'll assemble and display it with care.

Monday: closed (closed for both design consultation and pick-ups)
Tuesday to Saturday: open (10am - 6pm)
Available pick-up slots: 10am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm
Sunday: open half day (10am - 12noon)

* If your event falls on a Monday and you'd like to order a custom cake, kindly let us know so we can help you arrange a day before pick-up.
* Design consultation operating hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 11am - 7pm
* We're only accepting pick-ups at open pick-up slots.
