Finding a supplier that creates eggless cakes was a challenging one. I didn't want to settle (i.e. my daughter not enjoying her cake because it had egg on it) My daughter's 6th birthday was about a week away, with a Barbie Shine Bright theme and I wasn't giving up just yet.

Sweet Chay's Pastries was an answered prayer in every sense of the word. Ms Chay promptly responded to all my queries and admitted that she has never made an eggless cake, BUT was willing to do one. Her eagerness to go beyond her comfort zone and positivity earned my respect that same day. And it was also a plus that she was practically a stone's away from our village. She went the extra mile to actually find the perfect doll size and match the color of the Barbie doll with my daughter's birthday dress!

The cake was Perfect! It was excellently done with the intricate details of Barbie's Dress and it was the star of the party (next to my daughter of course!) I have never been so thrilled and excited to have such a stunningly gorgeous cake in my entire life! Even the guests were blown away by the cake itself. I bragged that it was eggless and they got even more amazed.

When it was time to slice it, I felt silly as I can't stop raving and admiring it and felt torn not to touch it but also to share it away to the family. S our unanimous verdict; the chocolate cake was sooo decadent we couldn't get enough of it and even our youngest daughter enjoyed the frosting. Can't really recognize the egg difference.

This is long overdue but my experience with Ms Chay should be left untold. We only had a little over 1 week to finalize the design we wanted for my niece's surprise party but she gladly accepted my request. We had so many revisions and she never complained. My first impression of the is a very artistic and detailed-oriented baker, and she did not disappoint. Not only is she accommodation, but her designs are a happy sight. ❤
