Due to the made-to-order process and perishable nature of the products, "Sweet Chay's Pastries" will not accept any cancellation of orders once the payment is confirmed. • No refund shall be issued upon confirmation of payment.

 

Cancellation by You​

• Order and payment made are non-refundable.

• Any cash refund to your bank will incur a 5% deduction from the purchase total amount for the bank processing fee and admin fee.

• Order/s could be canceled if the information given is wrong or the purchaser is unreachable.

• For any changes related to your order, you are required to give us at least 7 days' notice before the pick-up time. 

• For customized products purchased 7 days before the pick-up date, no cancelation and no changes can be made after payment is made.

• For a customized product, If you cancel your order 1-7 days from your pick-up date, it's nonrefundable, nor convertible to store credit.

• For customized products, If you cancel your order within 8-20 days from your pick-up date, it's nonrefundable but convertible to full store credit.

• Sweet Chay's Pastries has the right to cancel orders or refund any order placed at our sole discretion at any time. we will not be liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
